Payment & Insurance Philosophy
We operate on a direct-care model and do not bill insurance. Payment is due at time of service. Upon request, we can provide documentation for possible reimbursement (Super Bills).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, personal checks, HSA, and credit card payments (subject to credit card processing fees)
Is TeleHealth an option?
Absolutely! For your convenience and safety on the roads, we offer video call options that follow the exact structure of the in-person encounter.
What if I cannot afford a program?
Our Programs are highly customized to your needs and, sometimes, to your financial ability. Benjamin Franklin once stated, “If you think prevention is expensive, try disease.” We do our best to meet you where you are and assist you on your journey to Optimal Health.
